About you You are a leader who develops and motivates your employees through a coaching approach. You lead your department professionally with care for both customers and employees, guided by the company's values. You have your own drive and are stimulated by achieving set goals, and as a person, you are unpretentious and flexible.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to structure and create order and sees the potential in working process-oriented. You also have the ability to prioritize between strategic and operational work to best support the business.

In addition to documented leadership experience, experience from a service operation and/or the automotive industry is advantageous.

About the job At the service department in Vimmerby, automotive technicians and service advisors work, and we are an authorized workshop for the brands BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, and MG.

As a service manager with us, you combine your interests in leading staff and meeting customers. You drive the daily operations within service and workshop and are responsible for the department's customer satisfaction. You participate in the daily operational work with service advising and inventory management. One of the service manager's most important tasks is to lead and coach their employees. As a service manager, you have your own budget, results, and personnel responsibility and report to the site manager.

Your responsibilities include: Create a goal-oriented organization focused on customer interaction Streamline costs, follow up key figures, and optimize profitability Ensure customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction Ensure Holmgrens Bil's concept, implement centrally made decisions, and collaborate with our central business support units.

Location: Vimmerby Start date: By agreement
